カスミ マルエツ マックスバリュ経営統合
イオン系列の関東の食品スーパー カスミとマルエツとマックスバリュ関東が経営統合するそうで臨時株主総会の案内が届きました。
難しい事はよくわからないけど、一番の関心は株主優待がどうなるか？
ネットで検索したけど、まだはっきりした事はわからないようです。
カスミとマルエツは株主優待でお買もの割引券があってマックスバリュは非上場。
優待券目当ての株主が相当数いると思われるので多分廃止はないと思うのですが、どうなるんでしょう？
